This rate is designed to make purchasing furniture online straightforward, without the need to arrange a separate freight quotation before checkout. For pairs or sets sold together as a single listing, the delivery charge applies to the complete listing rather than to each individual component.

Some particularly large, fragile or difficult-to-transport pieces may require a separate delivery quotation. Where this applies, it will be noted on the individual product page.

Delivery Outside Metro Areas

Delivery is available throughout regional Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and interstate Australia.

For destinations outside our flat-rate metropolitan delivery zones, please contact us with your postcode and the item you are interested in. We will arrange a quotation through one of our regular furniture carriers.

How Furniture Delivery Works

Furniture is generally transported by specialist furniture carriers rather than conventional parcel couriers. Delivery timeframes therefore vary according to destination, carrier schedules and consolidation of interstate loads. Once your purchase has been made, we will arrange the delivery and provide further details as they become available. Where possible, the carrier will contact you directly to coordinate the final delivery.

Please ensure that the item will fit through doorways, stairwells, lifts and other access points at the delivery address. If your property has restricted access, multiple flights of stairs, difficult parking conditions or other circumstances that may affect delivery, please let us know before dispatch so that suitable arrangements can be made.

Small Items, Art & Decorative Objects

Smaller pieces that can be safely sent by conventional courier or post can be purchased with shipping calculated or specified at checkout. Where an item requires specialist packing or handling, this will be noted in the product listing.
